Conclusion
Compared to the fall 2023 announcements back in February of this year, VIZ seems to be continuing the trend of betting on proven performers by adding titles to the Jujutsu Kaisen, One Piece, Pokémon, and Junji Ito library. Even so, there are some surprises mixed in such as In the Name of the Mermaid Princess and Kimi ni Todoke sequel licenses. Reactions on Twitter seem to be positive compared to last time too.
